I'm getting two error dialogs in a row:

Application popup: WindowsTerminal.exe - Bad Image : C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.UWPDesktop_14.0.27629.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.

According to some related questions on the internet, the problem is not related to Terminal, because people were experiencing same issue with different applications. In my case, it has been solved by full OS reinstall (it wasn't my main workstation so not a big deal).
