colorScheme doesn't working #3341

I added schemes in profiles.json (json files below)

But Powershell, WSL colorSchemes did not changing. Only cmd colorschme has changing

Environment

Windows build number: [Version 10.0.18362.267]
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.3.2171.0

PowerShell : PSVersion                      5.1.18362.145

WSL : WSL 2 / Ubuntu - 18.04

Am I missing some steps?
