Windows build number: 10.0.18362.0
Windows Terminal version (if applicable):0.4.2382.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Windows Terminal
  2. Double click in the title bar (see screenshot below)

wt-title-maximise

Expected behavior

Windows maximises/restores

Actual behavior

Nothing happens
