I'm running Fast Ring build 19870, and the latest WT build 0.4.2382.0

When I open an Admin session (this does not occur when I open a non-Admin session), it defaults to opening PS Core.

There is no response to keyboard input, in the initial session. This is the issue.

If I open another session and switch back to the initial tab, then keyboard input is accepted.

See video demonstrating issue.

This started occurring today, as of updating to 19870.

It is also reproducible and persists across reboots.

Okay. Here's some even more strange behavior. If I open the terminal in Admin mode... I started a stopwatch, and at just after 6 minutes since I opened the session... it would accept keyboard input, but not at any of the one minute intervals I tried up to that point. (I tested at minutes 1,2,3,4, and 5. Finally got output at minute 6.)

This is very odd to me. I'm happy to submit whatever logs you want and be whatever help I can.

Does this only happen with PSCore? If you change your defaultProfile to another profile, say cmd, does this still repro?

As of 18980, I can no longer reproduce this issue. Sorry for the false start.
