Window Border crosses screen when maximized #3800

Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18980.1000]
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.4.2382.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make sure you have multiple monitors (mine just happen to be in portrait mode)
  2. Drag windows terminal to top of monitor.
  3. Window is now maximized

Expected behavior

No overflow on surrounding monitors

Actual behavior

Overflow on surrounding monitors. See image below.

Note: this image is of the left side of the Terminal. The black bar is the boundary between monitors.
