Description of the new feature/enhancement

Since version 0.4 or later. When you right-click on the title bar, you want to display a context menu such as Minimize, Maximize, etc. just like a normal Windows application. Also, it would be nice if I able to attach and detach tabs by dragging and dropping them.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

  1. Please don't file a single issue with multiple requests in it. It makes it really hard for us to track individual feature requests.
  2. The asks you're looking for are generally tracked by #1375.
  3. Please don't file duplicate issues. I'm going to close this issue as a dupe of #443, thanks for finding the duplicate :)

/dupe #443
