Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.4.2382.0

Any other software?

Steps to reproduce

  • Open Terminal.

  • Open new tab of powershell.

  • Run VS Code as a child process of the tab (just code . as long as no other VS Code windows are open).

  • Close tab with GUI child process.

Expected behavior

Tab is closed, child process is killed.

Actual behavior

WindowsTerminal.exe is not responding.
