colorScheme not working for powershell.exe #4058

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362.356
Windows Terminal version: 0.5.2661.0

Steps to reproduce

Last week, I changed added the Dracula scheme to the JSON file and applied to my powershell and cmd profiles. It worked fine, however today, I opened Terminal and powershell was showing the original colors. cmd still works.

Expected behavior

It's supposed to us the same colorScheme as cmd.exe (shown below)

Actual behavior

Instead it looks like the classic powershell (shown below)
