readme.md should state required windows version #4341

The readme.md does not state the required windows version. I'm on Win10 1803 (10.0.17134) and I cannot update, probably due to company restrictions.

The recommended way of installation is the microsoft store, to get updates. However, the store does not work well, it shows an install button that has no effect (except for a "you bought/own this app" message). I tried quite some time to fix the store... If someone reads all information on the app store page, it shows

  • minimum required windows 10 18362.0 or higher
  • recommended (the same)
  • mine: 17134.1040

Well, I thought I could install manually from the github/releases page. However, installing an msixbundle does not work on 1803 either. I should convert the app to an appxbundle (if I remember correctly). I don't want to build on my own, so I had to give up. However, the docs should clearly state the windows version as a requirement. That would save people like me a lot of time. Thanks!
