If I start a maven build with the Windows Terminal(git bash command shell) my network connection stuck at 30mbit per second. If I use native git bash my network is at 200mbit per second.

I don't believe Terminal has anything to do with your network. Can you share your profiles.json snippet for that shell? Thanks.
