Environment

Windows build number: Win32NT             10.0.18363.0 Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.8.10091.0

Steps to reproduce

Run Windows Terminal as Admin

Expected behavior

It should say "Windows Terminal" (I would presume)

Actual behavior

It says "Unknown program"
