Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18362.0
Windows Terminal version: 0.8.10091.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fire up Windows Terminal (Preview).
  2. Ensure that you have "showTabsInTitlebar" : true in the settings. This is the default.
  3. Windows+Up to maximize window.
  4. Alt+Enter to make the terminal full screen.

Expected behavior

I would expect terminal to look just the way it looks when I hit Alt+Enter when it is in "restored" (non-maximized) state. Just like in the following screenshot:

  1. Non-maximized window made full screen:
    Full screen and not maximized

Actual behavior

The empty part of the tab-bar (i.e. the gray area between the downwards pointing angle bracket and the button to minimize window) remains on screen. The first of the following two screenshots is the non-full-screen maximized window. Second one is when I hit Alt+Enter after the previous:

  1. Maximized window, not made full screen:
    Not full screen and maximized
  2. Maximized window made full screen:
    Full screen and maximized
