Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.30]
Windows Terminal version: v0.8.10261.0

Steps to reproduce

Just By Opening Powrshell Command-Line In windows terminal (cmd Works fine)

Actual behavior

This Error appears:

[error 0x80070002 when launching `powershell.exe']

Your PATH environment variable is damaged and does not contain C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0.
