Environment

Windows 10 pro Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
Windows Terminal version 0.8.10261.0

git for windows version 2.24.1.windows.2

Steps to reproduce

sorry but this is quite sporadic and it happens sometimes after a while i have a gitbash opend
it can start after sometime but not always and if i close the gitbash tab and reopen another one it works normally.

I can have different gitbash tab and experiencing this behavior only in one.

relevant configuration:

{
    "guid": "{ac893cc6-40a0-4ded-9624-eecd7db9fdec}",
    "acrylicOpacity" : 0.75,
    "closeOnExit" : true,
    "colorScheme" : "Campbell",
    "commandline" : "\"%PROGRAMFILES%\\git\\usr\\bin\\bash.exe\" -i -l",
    "cursorColor" : "#FFFFFF",
    "cursorShape" : "bar",
    "historySize" : 9001,
    "icon" : "%PROGRAMFILES%\\Git\\mingw64\\share\\git\\git-for-windows.ico",
    "name" : "Git Bash",
    "padding" : "0, 0, 0, 0",
    "snapOnInput" : true,
    "useAcrylic" : true
}

Actual behavior

when i type an hash # it adds the hash at line start and then goes to a newline (like I hit enter)
