Environment

Windows build number: Version 10.0.19564.1000
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.8.10261.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Hold down the newTab keybinding to create a ton of new tabs.
  2. Then hold down the closeTab keybinding to repeatedly to try to close all your tabs.

Expected behavior

The terminal should close all my tabs then the terminal itself will close.

Actual behavior

As the closeTab keybinding is held down and tabs are being closed, Terminal will freeze and crash.
