Windows title bar remains in fullscreen mode #6571

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18363.0
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.9.433.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Windows Terminal
  2. Maximize Windows Terminal screen
  3. Press ALT+ENTER

Expected behavior

Fullscreen mode without a window title

Actual behavior

In the fullscreen mode, a part of the window title bar still remains on the screen

Maximized screen:
Annotation 2020-02-21 134320

Fullscreen:
Annotation 2020-02-21 134304

If the fullscreen mode enabled from a non-maximized screen the issue is not reproducible
