Expected behavior

Normal text nothing light gr(a|e)y with the ability to restore/min/max, something like

Actual behavior

Move and Size look fine, min/max/restore/close are not visible BUT they are functional and the hotkeys work for them.

I tried to repo since it was so easy to do. It works as expected here using 0.9.433.0

Right, I also can't reproduce this on 0.9 or 0.10-pre.
