Environment

Windows build number: Win32NT             10.0.18363.0 Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0
Windows Terminal version: 0.9.433.0

Steps to reproduce

  • Run Terminal in Administrator mode
  • Open two tabs
  • Click and drag to re-arrange the tabs

Expected behavior

Selected tab is moved.

Actual behavior

Terminal crashes.
