Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18363.0
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.10.781.0

Any other software?

There are two ways that I know to invoke this issue:

  1. Click more than once on a terminal's tab.
  2. Return focus to the Windows Terminal window by clicking on the exposed/active terminal's tab.

Expected behavior

I expect that I would be able to type into the exposed/active terminal.

Actual behavior

No input reaches the exposed/active terminal until one changes the active terminal or clicks into the body of the active terminal.
