Environment

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0

Any other software?

# Steps to reproduce

In my configuration files I have specified the window size and the default shell. Both of the settings are ignored (same behavior on my 2 PCs). In the configuration file, the two settings are specified as follow:

    "alwaysShowTabs": true,
    "defaultProfile": "{574e775e-4f2a-5b96-ac1e-a2962a402336}",

# Expected behavior

<!-- A description of what you're expecting, possibly containing screenshots or reference material. -->
I expect that the terminal window is opened with the specified size and the specified shell

# Actual behavior

<!-- What's actually happening? -->
Windows Terminal continue to open as default shell PSCore6 instead of my specified PS 7.0 and the size of the window is wrong.
