Ah, that'll do it. I'm fairly certain we deprecated the colors:[] format for color schemes in 0.11.

I'd take a look at #5458 for more info

EDIT: I'm reading through those now, and it looks like we actaully didn't mention that D: that's our bad.

The way you want to specify a colorscheme is more like this now:
e8a68114e8/src/cascadia/TerminalApp/defaults.json (L73-L92)

Is it's in globals, you'll want to continue to refer to #5458
