Terminal - looks over-aliased (read: really bad)

ConEmu - looks decent with subpixel (?) aliasing

"Old" Command Prompt is okay. Just a bad rendering in Terminal.

Github auto-stretching is wonky, but the actual images themselves still show differences.

Intel something.. probably GPU issue/setting then from reading the other.
