I try the latest release tody, it seems doesn't support

There is a bug where it works better if you do it closer to the top left corner of the window. The cursor changes to say “copy path to file”

@halx99 How did you install the Terminal? Does drag-dropping a file work for other UWP applications on your system (like OneNote? the Mail app perhaps?)

@halx99 That might absolutely be the case. I'm pretty sure drag-drop doesn't work at all for applications running elevated.

I'm having the same issue, although I can't figure out how to run the terminal outside of administrator mode.
