Environment

Windows Version: 10.0.18362.0
Current installed Terminal version: 0.11.1333.0

Steps to reproduce

Download 1.0.1401.0 msixbundle, run and choose Update

Expected behavior

Terminal updates to 1.0.1401.0

Actual behavior

Windows Terminal installation failed -

App installation failed with error message: Deployment Add operation with target volume C: on Package Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_2020.517.2052.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe from: (Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.0.1401.0_8wekyb3d8bbwe%20(1).msixbundle) failed with error 0x8000FFFF. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=235160 for help diagnosing app deployment issues. (0x8000ffff)
