Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18363.0
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 1.0.1401.0
OS Language: HU
Windows Store prefered language: HU

# Steps to reproduce

I've installed an earlier version in January from a Microsoft site (not from Windows Store). Language was US-EN Worked perfect. Not used it in March, April. Middle of May the language was changed to DE (exactly i worked a lot with this notebook in Austria at 2020Q1) and was an error message at start (sorry, not recorded).
I ran a delete and reinstalled it from Windows Store but the App language stays at DE. Why and how to change it?

# Expected behavior

Language should be similar as OS-Language or Store-Prefered-Language but never changed from itself (when it's no chance to change it on GUI)

# Actual behavior

Actually the real bug i think is the situation, that the change of the language was triggered by the IP-Address of Austria.
