Old console has taller cursor when insert mode activated. I want to see something like that(may be wider cursor) in WT.

This is a feature of your text editor, and will need to be configured with your text editor. Sorry.

I don't use text editor. I use console, and it supports insert mode. I want indication of this mode, like it was done in old console.
