Description of the new feature/enhancement

Currently there is no way to start a specific shell straight from the Taskbar. This feature would help in quick startup of various shells.

Show options in the right click context menu of the taskbar.

Currently new shells can only be opened by a keyboard shortcut setup or via the long way.
