Environment

Windows build number: 
Platform ServicePack Version      VersionString

 Win32NT             10.0.19041.0 Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19041.0

Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 1.0.1401.0

Any other software? Maybe my Chinese language environment can lead to this problem. 
The resolution is 1920*1080 and I have a 125% scaling.

Steps to reproduce

When I open any tabs like powershell and wsl and use any fonts like Consolas and Cascadia Code, the letters it displayed is not very clear. I have marked the letters that have this problem.
The picture is in Actual behavior.

Expected behavior

I want to have a better display on my computer.
