Description of the new feature/enhancement

We need the right-click option that we have in cmd/powershell to copy text (if something is selected) and paste text (when nothing is selected)

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

At a minimum, modify the acceptable Modifiers keys https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/customize-settings/key-bindings#accepted-modifiers-and-keys
Preferably this should be the default setting
