Environment

Windows build number: 1909 (OS Build 18363.900)
Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 1.0.1811.0

Any other software?

Visual Studio Community 2019 version 16.6.3

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Windows Terminal

  2. While holding down the ALT key, click the dopdown arrow and click on Settings.

  3. Wait for default.json to open up in Visual Studio Community 2019 version 16.6.3

  4. Within the profiles portion of default.json, change the colorScheme from "Campbell" to "Campbell PowerShell".

  5. Try to save the changes - this is where the error begins to happen.

Expected behavior

Changes to defaults.json would save correctly.

Actual behavior

Instead of saving the file, the Save File As dialog comes up.

I'm informed that defaults.json already exists. "Do you want to replace it?"

Any attempt to save the file results in the following error:

Access to path C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.0.1811.0_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe\defaults is denied.
