Description of the new feature/enhancement

Problem: Cant't disable "Ctrl+MouseWheel" Zooming in the settings.json file.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Make disabling "Ctrl + MouseWheel" zooming in the settings.json file possible.

It would look like this:

"keys": [ "ctrl+MouseWheel" ]
