Environment

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.900]
Windows Terminal 1.0.1811.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open terminal

Expected behavior

I should be able to use the buttons on the title bar to close / expand / reduce the app, or even add new tabs.

Actual behavior

Buttons are "dead", they don't receive clicks.
