I may have found the issue with both. Do you happen to know the publishers for either of the discs? It appears as though "FE" and "SQ" are not documented. My overly-aggressive pruning of unknown publisher codes is likely the culprit.

Disregard, I was able to find the two publishers. "FE" ended up being "Focus Entertainment" and "SQ" was predictably Square Enix.

This will be fixed when one of the dependent libraries gets updated. I'll leave this open until then.
