When a user fills out an output directory with a period "." in the name, DIC refuses to dump and returns an error: "Error! Please check output directory as dump may be incomplete."

It would be great to either:

  1. Automatically ignore the period "." thus removing it automatically to avoid this error, or
  2. Pop up box alerting the user to remove the "." from their entry manually.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
