Every Steam Disc carries and appID which can be found written in the .sis file on the disc. This is essentially an ID for the game included and having a tag among the general ID (ISBN, DNAS, etc) fields could be a good idea.

Included the SIS (Renamed to txt due to Github) for http://redump.org/disc/36660/ as to show a random example. Useful also since they can be compared to corresponding entry in SteamDB.

@mnadareski commented on GitHub (Jan 5, 2026):

There appears to have been larger discussion around other Steam-related pseudo-tags that are desired. When possible, please capture those additional fields here so that they can be added to both RedumpLib and the UI, either as user-enterable fields or read-only fields.

2K Games ID, the Steam IDs, and some new systems are added as of 7502d7e8df. This same commit also introduces the 2K Games ID to the UI.

I am not going to close this issue until it's determined whether the Steam IDs are going to be automatically pulled (and thus, go into the read-only tab), are manually populated, or a combination thereof.
