43425186dd try to fix import again by adding name filtering correctly. 
unknown if this is currently working the way it should be.
unfortunately, this may mean YET ANOTHER rebuild of the database. if so,
I won't be happy, but I'll do it if I have to

83cd3013be Two part online check submission 
1) Finished round 2 of code cleanup by removing uses of implode('',
file(*)) with the new get_data function and flattening the code where
possible (removing unneceesary listDir and getHTML functions).
2) Overhauled the main onlinecheck page to use the database to draw the
names from. Also manged to create a list of sites that don't have
checkers, for future reference.
