OBattler ef41672b20 WIN_SPECIFY command is now no longer strict on translation parameters with HDX images, fixes > 503 MB HDX images on 440FX;

Applied all mainline PCem commits (changes configuration files!);
Fixed EGA and (S)VGA overscan border drawing;
Added ability to invert the colors when using a (S)VGA graphics card, to appear like an early laptop monitor;
Changed version to 1.03.
