Ingo Molnar 30742d5c22 Revert "lockdep: fix compilation when CONFIG_TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT is not set" 
This reverts commit bd8fbdee65.

This broke the powerpc build - more fixes are needed before we can
undo this revert.
