I have used CCExtractor just a couple of times.
I absolutely love CCExtractor, but have not contributed previously.

Besides the fixed typos in comments and output messages, I updated .gitignore to ignore all Visual Studio project database files, with the exception of windows/.vs/config/applicationhost.config, since that already exists. Previously, the project didn't ignore very large IPCH (IntelliSense database) files.
