[FEATURE-REQUEST] Is there any idea to support transcription (creating subtitles from audio and video from scratch) or using the generated subtitles to check of inaccuracy in original subtitle? #742

Many times captions are either not present for some files or are of poor quality. Is there any attempt to integrate automated transcription in CCextrator to create subtitles? If the subtitles provided are of poor quality, perhaps autogenerated-generated subtitles could be used to improve them.
Perhaps I could use OpenAi's whisper to do automated transcription.
I want to work on this. Will such a PR be entertained?
