Steev Klimaszewski f3a0a2f093 amd-gpu-x11-bin-mx51: Update to use our git version

Remove the older ebuilds from past BSPs.  Update to latest from git.

There is a QA warning about executable stacks currently, so for the moment the tarball isn't available.
