qapi, hmp: introspection for the sp-mem device

Add a SpMemDeviceInfo variant to MemoryDeviceInfo so `query-memory-devices`
reports each sp-mem instance (id, addr, size, node, memdev), and print it
from HMP `info memory-devices`.
