tests/tcg/mips: cover Octeon QMAC instructions

Browse Source 
Add smoke coverage for Octeon QMAC and QMACS fixed-point accumulator
instruction paths.

The coverage exercises normal accumulation, saturating accumulation, and
the sticky saturation flag.
