Environment

Windows build number:  [Version 10.0.18363.1016]
Windows Terminal version: [1.1.2233.0]

# Steps to reproduce
Select Command prompt profile
try command `cd D:`

# Expected behavior

Working directory should change to Drive D

# Actual behavior

It just displays `D:\` and remains in same directory



This works as expected for Powershell Profile
