This thread makes no commitments to actually changing the console API. The party line remains that we're not making any changes to the API any time soon. Rather, we do need a place to aggregate changes we might want to make, should the opportunity present itself.

  • A conclnt nuget package might let CLI apps use new APIs or new versions of the APIs. That's a thought.
