Notes: Is within corporate environment running elevated through PAM tool

Steps to reproduce

  • Open Terminal (or Terminal Preview)
  • Open multiple tabs.
  • Click on any of the tabs and attempt to drag to move/reorder*:
  • occurs when clicking holding, and starting to move tab in any direction - before getting a chance to drop.

Expected Behavior

Be able to reorder the tabs or drag tab out into new window

Actual Behavior

Terminal crashes without warning

I'm parenting this up to #16129. We pretty much can't fix this unless we can move to the new tab drag-drop APIs in WASDK
