Steps to reproduce

With an animated background, (for example, a rain effect from wallpaper engine) the terminal's tab bar will flicker between acrylic, completely invisible, and opaque when focused.
It only happens in certain spots on my screen, and doesn't happen when the terminal is in front of another window, like chrome for example.

Expected Behavior

I expected it not to flicker, to just show a blurred version of my background.
