PR to address Issue #896

Fixing 2 issues here:

  1. When deriving from Virtual base class, the functions in the derived class must be explicitly marked final or override. The derived class functions were incorrectly declared virtual here instead of override.
  2. If the base class destructor is declared as virtual, derived class destructor shouldn't be declared override or final. Fixing that as well.

When deriving from Virtual base class, the functions in the derived class must be explicitly marked final or override. The derived class functions were incorrectly declared virtual here instead of override.
If the base class destructor is declared as virtual, derived class destructor shouldn't be declared override or final.
