Description of the new feature/enhancement

A dropdown terminal feature similar to Guake. http://guake-project.org/. A dropdown terminal runs in the background and becomes visible with a hotkey. This is especially useful if you are trying to copy commands from the background on a shell.

Proposed technical implementation details

The terminal starts at startup but stays in the background. You can have an icon at the system tray for that. Assign a hotkey to Terminal (e.g. F12). The terminal opens. You can decide to open the terminal in full-screen (My personal favourite), with transparency enabled. If you are trying to copy commands from the browser and trying it out on a terminal, you won't have to leave the terminal to see the background because the terminal is transparent.
