Starting terminal using a command (similar to how you could start old cmd.exe)

Hello,

is it possible to easily start the terminal from command line or similar?

For example I am using the venerable ;) Total Commander, and I can quickly type "cmd" to start the old terminal in current directory.

If it is not possible now, please add such feature.
